Winter Birds

Morning everyone, it's Linda here with my scheduled Tuesday post.  I'm sharing another Christmas card today, and as it's the last one I'll share here this year I've had a play with lots of goodies. I've added links at the end of the post that take you directly to the item in the store.

I used more of the beautiful Pion Design papers. The birds went perfectly with the Bildmalarna stamp I used.
The shape of the card is made with a Martha Stuart Punch around the Page set.  I've used lots of stickles on the edges and the snowflakes.

Love this cutie from Bildmalarna, she's called 'Winter Birds'.

I barely had to add anything to this paper to decorate the inside, just a sentiment from a My Favourite Things stamp set and a couple more snowflakes.  I think you could even use this for the front of a card if you prefer a more CAS style.

Well that's it from me today, I'll be back next Tuesday with something non Christmasy.

Have a great day :) xx

Christmas Angel

Hello there, Michelle here with another Christmas card to share with you. For my card today I have used the very cute CC Designs Christmas Angel stamp which is currently in the sale over at the shop. I have stamped her out, coloured her with Copic Markers and added some Star Dust Stickles to her wings and then cut her out. I have popped her on to a little strip of paper from the Echo Park Winter Wishes Paper Pad and used the snowflakes (which I cut when I made my last card) to make a background for her. I have finished off with Bazzill Jewels.

Thank you so much for visiting the DTDF Blog today. I would like to just take a quick moment to welcome new DT members Ann-Marie, Jane, Jenny and Linda to the team. Lovely to have you here ladies!

Bliss

Hello DTDF Friends,

Hope you are all well and getting stuck in to your Christmas cards! I'm back after a little time off with a non-Christmassy card that I have made using some of my favourite new goodies. You can't beat an Echo Park and Some Odd Girl combo, right?!

The great thing about this image is the depth that you can get into all those folds of fabric. I cheated slightly on some of the finer details and coloured the edges of the little areas with fine liner pens. It's a really good trick to remember if you are a bit heavy handed with your markers like I am!

All of the goodies used on this card can be found in the DTDF shop, so have a quick click on the links below to be taken directly to each item.

Trimming the tree!

Morning Peeps!
Its Lou here with a bit of a christmassy make to show you all. I just can't resist a Saturated Canary so I inked one of the gorgeous stamps up and got out some of my favourite christmas papers yesterday and had a good old play!!!

So this little cutie is my DT make for you all to peeky today. I had some colouring time in the afternoon while Mo and Daddy played on the PS3 and yummy makey time last night once an exhausted Mo had fallen asleep and it was bliss!! I also seem to of has a complete die cutting fest with all the different dies on it too!!!

There is.......

The stamp is Saturated Canary Trimming the Tree. She was just so lovely to stamp and colour and I love those layers in her dress.

The papers and the little cookie hearts are all from the First Edition Festive Treats 6x6 paper pad, its yummy with lots of double sided and glittery papers in. I foam dotted the hearts onto some MME merry and bright twine (...sob sob...its almost my last little bit of this gorgeous twine!!) and of course a little bit of Stickles Star Dust bling to finish off the baubles, star and skirt on the tree.

Hugs Lou xx
