Pleased to announce

I am very happy to announce that Dawn Wheeler (aka allpinkgirl) is going to be a guest designer for Dies to Die For. I think you'll all agree that she makes some wonderful creations and can't wait to see what she comes up with.

I also have another guest designer. The very FAMOUS Kirsty Wiseman:o)
Kirsty used to own Dies to Die For and has helped me lots over the last few months (she designed my header) she is fab. If by chance you have not seen her blog already then take a look here. She makes some very gorgeous scrapbooking pages and takes the most wonderful pictures. I really need her to get some of my children (one day).

Now I need to go and find them some bits to work with.

Have a good evening

NEW THINGS

Hi everyone. No cards today. I have been very busy, had to have my hair done today to cover all the greys that the children have given me over the last week. Phew they wear me out.

I have had a few deliveries and will hopefully get them all uploaded on to the website over the weekend. The children are going fishing so I will sit all day at the computer and load them.
I have some of the lovely new CC Designs stamps, ribbons, more blooms and lots of papers. Can you believe I am still waiting for Sarah Kay to arrive. I'm sure everyone must have them by now but I'm assured they will be here before te end of next week. I also have some of the new Rachel Anne Miller stamps coming with them and Pink Cat Studio are releasing some new stamps at the beginning of August and they are already on their way here. So many things. Now I need to get my head around Christmas and see what goodies I can tempt you with.
Off to eat pizza (naughty, naughty)

Just realised another week has gone

Where do the days go. I'm hoping now that the children have broken up I can get a bit more organised.
I was so busy with orders, etc and general running of the house but my youngest son Sam who had had his teacher for two years and had become very fond of him wanted me to make him a cake for his Surprise party. So here is the picture of it. I think we managed to cut it into about 80 pieces. It was rather delicious.
I had to make this cake on Monday evening. Luckily I made the actual sponge during the day as Luke (DS1) and Jordan (DS2) had a golf tournament Monday evening that started at 5 so we didn't get home until 8.15 and none of us had eaten. I started dinner when there was a knock at the door and it was unexpected visitors who just happened to bring a bottle of wine. Seeing as I hadn't eaten all day, I only needed a glass. Once they had left at 9.30 I then had to start the cake. How stressed was I!!!!
Anyway Luke came 2nd in the tournament so we were happy. The teacher loved the cake (at least that's what he said).

SBS12 Coffee Day

Here is the card that I made for Coffee Day through the SBS12. Sorry I know it's a day late.

Sooooo Busy

Sorry I haven't been around much lately. It has been so manic. The Wizard of Oz show went very well, after a complete disaster with Emerald City. It was the last showing last night and they all done very well. I wasn't going to stay so had rushed out the door as you do and at the end of the performance they called me up to give me card to say thanks for all the work I had done. I was so embarrassed. I hadn't even brushed my hair and when I got to the front I tripped over someones crutches. I'm sure these things only ever happen to me.

I can only post pictures when I'm on Andy's comp. so will try to upload pictures tonight or tomorrow. I am on duty at the Police Station tonight until 9pm though.

All the new High Hopes stamps have been loaded on to the website and are selling fast, so if you are wanting some, you better be quick.

I do have some Sarah Kay stamps on their way but they seem to be taking forever. I also have CC designs coming and some of the new Missy B. I won't give any dates as they always seem to go out the window. I have been adding more blooms to the website today so go take a look.

I think we are taking the children to Farnborough Air Show on Sunday so I won't ba able to add anything then. I have such a busy week next week as it's the last three days of school (yay). My youngest son's teacher is leaving and they are having a surprise party, so I need to make a cake for that (let's hope he doesn't read my blog) and Jordan (DS2) wants to take a cake in on Wednesday for after their leavers assembly. I have a stack load of thank you teacher cards to make for people up at the school so will have to do those tomorrow. Phew. Hopefully I'll be so busy I won't have time to think about eating. I put on 2 pound and haven't managed to shift it this week. Oh well.

Have a lovely weekend.

As promised

Here is a picture of the cheesecake that I made. Cherry Swirl Cheesecake, yum, yum.

My sister came over from Lanzarote and my mum had us all round for a meal and this is what I made.

Wish I had a slice right now.

For Denise

This is a picture of the card I made using the Papermania male themed papers. I will try and upload the others tomorrow.

This was made for a friends brother.

New High Hopes are released

Well today is the release day for the new High Hopes rubber stamps. I love them, especially the pirate ones. I have an order of them coming next Friday (fingers crossed). All the ones I have coming, I have uploaded onto the website for you to see. They are all showing out of stock until I get them. If however you would like to guarantee one, just email me with the info and I can keep it for you.

I have also been adding Prima flowers. I was going to add a few more this evening but I really cannot keep my eyes open so am off to bed and will start again tomorrow.

I have made a few cards and still have a picture of the cherry cheesecake that I made but for some reason cannot upload pictures this evening.

My diet news is that so far I have lost 8lbs. Woohoo. Clothes are now feeling a little better. I cannot take all the credit though as I was ill for a few days and didn't feel like eating, let's hope it doesn't go back on. I did have fish and chips this evening though but have vowed never to have it again. I couldn't believe how greasy it was. I hadn't noticed that before.

I have finished building my Emerald City at school and am now making some poppy fields and signs. Will upload photos next week.

My middle son had his taster day at senior school on Tuesday which wasn't too great and then I had to go in the evening and nearly fainted. My hands tingled and everything. (This isn't unlike me) It took so much out of me and I felt so lethargic the next day.

Well that's all my news for this week. Hope you all have a good weekend.

Tracy
