 Hello everyone, Squirrel here today.

Like many kids of my generation, I was desperate to learn to knit so that I could make a Tom Baker Dr Who scarf.  I was taught the basics by my mum, and did manage a scarf (sort of) which I wore a lot.  I'm not sure that I have knitted anything since!

Now that we are in to September, my crafty mind has gone into panic Christmas mode.

Why do I always leave it so late?!

I crocheted the husband a bobble hat earlier in the year.  Despite careful measurements it came up rather large, it will certainly keep his ears warm, and probably his knees as well - a bit like this one.
