Pretty Postage

Morning all, Squirrel here.  Hope you are all well.

Brace yourselves, I've gone a bit sophisticated today!

I do this to myself a lot, I buy floral stamps and then panic when it comes to colouring

I think I need to lay down in a darkened room now

Knitting Penguin

 Hello everyone, Squirrel here today.

Like many kids of my generation, I was desperate to learn to knit so that I could make a Tom Baker Dr Who scarf.  I was taught the basics by my mum, and did manage a scarf (sort of) which I wore a lot.  I'm not sure that I have knitted anything since!

Santa & Friends

Hello peeps, hope you are all safe and well this Saturday - Squirrel popping by with something festive for you.

I think I maybe, at a push, make two or three 3D cards a year, and I have made two in the past week!  Not sure what has come over me.

What I always forget though, is what a rubbish person I am with a camera and how tricky these little blighters are to show off, so forgive the squint pictures.

So for this unnamed whacky fold card I have used:

The Gnome and The Letter

I don't usually make cards this big, but oh yeah, this one's a big 'un!  So big, in fact, that I had trouble making an envelope that would fit.

I used The Gnome and The Letter for this 'hello' card.  The colours were inspired by the Lawn Fawn Spring Plaid papers which I thought were fun and jolly.

I think this is the first time that I've used this image. I admit that I struggle a bit with the beards on these gnomes, but I love the fun image.

He's perfect for a 'just a note' or 'Hello' card.

I hope you like him!

A little something for the boys

Yummy things used:

I used an old MFT Die-Namics die set called Grassy Edges which has long retired but

Hello peeps, Squirrel here, a little later than usual but we have had huge excitement watching a shrub being removed!

Anyhoo, today I have something very simple for you, and no coloured image in sight.

Margarita Time

Hello everyone, Squirrel here this morning, hope you are all keeping safe and well.

In these difficult times, I wouldn't mind betting that people are drinking
more at home, if I did drink then I think I would have the odd glass too but these
days booze makes me fall over, so the strongest you will see me with is a
weak lager shandy on a hot summer's day!

Adorable Elephant

Now then, it's Squirrel here, so this must be Saturday, right?

I am fast becoming notorious for forgetting birthdays, or remembering them late, so
I am definitely more squirrel than elephant!

Lovely things used for this card are

Hope your weekend is a good one (and you can tell it apart from the rest of the week)

Absolutely Abominable

Hello chaps, Squirrel here today, with a couple of right little monsters for you.

When I say "monsters", I am using the term quite loosely, as these are
the sweetest monsters ever.

Snow cone anyone?

Aren't they gorgeous?!

Bundle Girl With Snowdrop

Hello everyone, Squirrel calling by today, and I have a dose of Spring for you.

My mum's garden has hundreds of these now, and if you are a fan of Countryfile you will see them featuring a whole festival of these tomorrow night.

Yes, it is the beautiful snowdrop.

I think we could all do with a few signs of Spring right now.

Let's Stick Together

1st February and I am back in the saddle!  Did you miss me?

So, over the past few years there have been mermaids, unicorns, yeti, llama and narwals, and now the trend seems to be cacti - someone once told me that it takes a special kind of skill to kill a cactus ....... guess who managed to do it without any real training?!

At least I can't kill these ones.

And that's me done for this week - see you all next Saturday

Sunflower Sweetheart

Hello peeps, and happy Saturday to you.  It's a scheduled Squirrel here today (or not here, as I'm having a hair cut shortly).  I'm popping by with this sweetie to show that you don't have to use winter papers just for winter projects.

For this cutie I have used

Bundles Of Love

Morning all, Squirrel here again.

I'm not sure why, but the Pure Innocence girls don't seem to do as well in the UK as they
do in the US, which is a real shame, because they are such cuties, and so versatile.  I really like them so I shall continue to share them with you!

Cheeky Monkey

Morning all, Squirrel here today.

Firstly, I am really soooooo very sorry about the quality of the photos - I thought I had taken pics in daylight but suddenly realised I hadn't so had to try and get something in artificial light, and the results aren't all that great!

and the inside

Honestly, these are so much nicer in real life!

So I have used
