Hello there, Michelle here back with another Tiddly Inks card. I am loving these stamp at the moment. This one is from the Flying High set but I decided to cut her out minus the balloons to make a thank you card. The paper is from the gorgeous Echo Park Spots & Stripes Girl Collection. Finished off with some MME Enamel Dots.
