Birthday Balloon

Hello there, Michelle here to share a card with you. For my card I have first taken some white cardstock and made an aperture in it using one of the hexagon dies from the MFT Die-Namics Hexagon Stax set. I have then popped the Echo Park Dots & Stripes Homefront paper behind and added this panel to a card base with 3D foam pads. I have taken a CC Balloon Cutter and cut this using Bazzill Kraft cardstock, this has been added inside the panel with more 3D foam and I have drawn a string from it with black pen. I have also added a little Glossy Accents to the top for a little highlight. The sentiment (retired) has been stamped and cut out using an MFT Die-Namics Sentiment trip die.
