Well this was a card made as an example for some wedding cards ages ago. This was the only one that I could find to upload. Will go and look for more as I have lots better than this. Will post them later.

Website rebuilding

Just a little update on the website. Yesterday I spent hours putting items on to the website. At the end I think there were 65 items. Oh my word, I didn't think it would take that long. My back hurt, my wrist hurt and my eyes and head hurt. Considering I have over 1000 items to put on, ideally I would like to put over 100 per day. This could then take around two weeks. Ahhh.
Well it has to be done so no more moaning (slap wrist). Children have football this morning so will not be doing any then but hopefully later. I will try for 100 items.

March. My word it's almost March. I have lots of cards to make, so will put a list here and keep you updated on their progress.

Mothers Day x 2
Brother
Niece
18th birthday x 4 (this is for the same person), female
Friend (female)
Brother in law
Dad
Grandad
Little boy age 6
Little girl age 6

This list doesn't include any orders, plus I need to make up some for stock as I have a couple of card parties planned.

Off to do brekkie. Byeeeee

Dies to Die For Website

Well hi everybody. If you have tried to get onto the website you will see it has gone. With all the troubles we have had with the .com we are now having with the .co.uk.
We are now going to have to start from scratch. Please bear with us as this will take time. It means I will have to put every item on which obviously will be a slow process and I cannot get onto anyones address or emails.

If you need to contact me or you know what you would like to order please use this email

track456@btinternet.com

I am so sorry. When I thought we had it sorted it all went wrong. I will keep you posted here.

Sisterhood of the Blogging Stampers

Well at last I have a bit of free time but I really do only have a bit so will have to keep this short. I have to write a little bit about me for all my sisters to read.

I am 35 and am married to Andy. We have 3 boys, Luke, Jordan and Sam. I have been making cards now for around 10years but still feel that I have lots to learn. I run a website called www.diestodiefor.co.uk , which I took over from Kirsty Wiseman a couple of years ago. Am having major problems with this and think I may have to start from scratch (but that's another story). I have so many things and ideas that I would like to add to my website, it's very frustrating.
I love stamping. Favs being Penny Black (of course), Whipper Snapper, Sugar Nellies, Magnolias, etc. I don't just make cards with stamps though. I have many variations and I will get some pictures taken and upload them soon. Really, really promise.

Now I will try adding everyone onto my blog. Wish me luck.

Sisterhood of the blogging Stampers

Well I think I am number 20 of the SBS Group 12. Not 100% sure of what I am meant to do so if you notice something then please do let me know. I know I haven't any pictures of my cards yet, but these will be coming soon, I promise.

Monday 18 February 2008

Just practising adding some pictures. Hopefully I will have some cards to show this week. This is Sam by the way. He is my youngest and was 9 last Monday.

I Won Candy

Well I won it a little while ago but have been very ill and unable to post. I was so excited. I am very new to this blogging and looking at other peoples blogs I wasn't sure what PIF meant. Well for anyone else who doesn't know (although I'm usually last to find out) it means Pass It Forward. When someone puts on their blog that they have PIF candy giveaway, it goes to the first three people to leave a comment. Next, them three people have to give blog candy away and so it carries on. What a great idea.
So now I have to get together some candy to give away, so watch this space.

I was so ill last week, I think it was this Norovirus. It completely knocked me for six and my friends were so helpful, picking children up, getting shopping etc. I am still recovering. I lost 11 pounds in 4 days. I doubt that it will take me very long to put it back on. Oh well.

The children are off this week. They went to our caravan on Saturday and got back this evening. It was nice to see them although they smelt of fishing. Nice.

THE WEBSITE

We are still having little probs with the website. It is now to do with the database, which is past us. Hopefully once this is sorted out everything will be back to normal, although I'm not sure what normal is any more. It seems to have had something wrong right from the beginning.
Still there is light at the end of the tunnel and believe me there are great plans.

Only 9 o'clock but off to bed now.
Goodnight

Just an update

Well obviously things are still not going right on the website. I think I see light at the end of the tunnel but then something else happens.
I have many plans and something big is going to happen soon (hopefully). I have something in the pipeline but will not say anything as it could very well go wrong.

I have been so busy making wedding invites as well. I have taken some pictures and will try to put them on here this weekend.

It is Sam's birthday on Monday. He will be 9. Where does the time go. He is so excited. He decided he didn't want a party this year (after I had put the deposit down), he wants to go to a fishing fair at Farnborough instead (great). This is partly my fault as I dragged him along to the Make It Craft Fair at Farnborough this year and they were advertising the fishing fair, so I only have myself to blame.

I have my in laws coming today and we are taking him out for a meal at the local Blubeckers restuarant.
He has also decided he would like to take in some little individual cakes for his friends on Monday. He saw a similar idea in Good Food magazine this month so I will be making cakes this weekend.

Many of you are aware that I took over the website from Kirsty Wiseman. I still speak to Kirsty occasionally and keep up to date by reading her blog.

limegreenbogiegirl.blogspot.com

Please take a look at her blog as she is trying to raise money for her daughter Ellie to see some special doctors in America. All is explained on her blog. I have even seen a photo in the Telegraph today.

Good Luck Kirsty. Reading you blog I know you will do it.
